- 1 Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 Pears thinly sliced
- ½ cup Blue cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Top each slice with pear, blue cheese, a drizzle of honey, and chopped walnuts.
Serve immediately.
