  • 4 Pears, sliced
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 50 g Walnuts, toasted
  • 100 g Mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add the mixed greens to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
