- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Pear, thinly sliced
- 50 g Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Walnuts, chopped
1. Spread the blue cheese evenly on one slice of bread.
2. Layer the pear slices on top of the blue cheese.
3. Add a handful of arugula on top of the pear slices.
4. Drizzle honey over the arugula.
5. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the honey.
6. Top with the second slice of bread.
