- 2 Pears sliced
- 100 g Blue Cheese crumbled
- 50 g Walnuts toasted
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese, and toasted walnuts.
