Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Arugula
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 Pears sliced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, chickpeas, and sliced pears.
