Brownie Batter
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Peanut Butter Swirl
- ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy
- 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture onto the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl the peanut butter into the batter.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool before cutting into squares.
