  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
  3. Add rolled oats and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
