  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter creamy
  • 0.5 cup Butter softened
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips semi-sweet

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
