- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 0.5 cup Peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
