- 1 cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
