  • 2 Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and mashed bananas.
  3. Add the oats, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
  6. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
