Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy or chunky
- 2 Bananas ripe, mashed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and peanut butter until smooth.
Add the rolled oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
