  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
