Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast

- 4 slices Bread preferably thick slices
- 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoon Jelly any flavor
- 2 units Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Butter for cooking
Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread and jelly on the other two slices. Sandwich them together.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve warm and enjoy!
