  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 medium Peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine peaches, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top each baguette slice with the peach and tomato mixture.
  6. Serve immediately.
