Main Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter cold and cubed
- 4 peaches sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg beaten
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press the mixture into a tart pan.
Arrange the peach slices on top of the crust.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and vanilla extract.
Pour the egg mixture over the peaches.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden and the peaches are tender.
Let cool before serving.
