Peach Sundae Recipe

- 4 ripe peaches
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until combined.
Add the peach halves, cut side down, and cook for 3-5 minutes until they are caramelized and tender.
Place two peach halves in each bowl, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Drizzle the remaining sauce from the skillet over the top.
Add whipped cream and chopped nuts if desired.
