- 4 pieces Peaches diced
- 1 piece Red Bell Pepper diced
- ½ piece Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves chopped
- 1 piece Lime juiced
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, red bell pepper, and red onion.
2. Add the chopped mint leaves and lime juice to the bowl.
3. Season with a pinch of salt to taste. Mix well.
