- 2 cups Peaches, diced
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
