- 2 cups diced peaches
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 loaf baguette, sliced

1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grill the baguette slices for about 2 minutes on each side, until they are toasted and have grill marks.
4. Top each slice of grilled baguette with a spoonful of the peach salsa mixture.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
