  • 2 cups Peaches, diced
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 whole Avocados, halved and pitted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Spoon the peach salsa into the avocado halves.
  3. Serve immediately.
