  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 pieces Peaches sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top with peach slices and drizzle with honey.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
