Peach Raspberry Bars Recipe

Crust
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
Filling
- 2 cups peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Press into the baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
In another bowl, combine peaches, raspberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Spread over the crust.
Bake for another 25 minutes or until the filling is set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
