Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 unit Peaches sliced
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 1 handful Arugula fresh

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  4. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Arrange the peach slices and prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with fresh arugula before serving.
