Ingredients

  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 ripe peaches thinly sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each crostini.
  5. Top with a slice of peach and a piece of prosciutto.
  6. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
  7. Garnish with chopped basil leaves.
