Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ripe peaches thinly sliced
- 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Spread a layer of goat cheese on each crostini.
Top with a slice of peach and a piece of prosciutto.
Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
