Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Spread a thin layer of pesto on each crostini.
Top with peach slices and crumbled goat cheese.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
