  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 ripe peaches sliced
  • ½ cup pesto homemade or store-bought
  • ¼ cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Spread a thin layer of pesto on each crostini.
  5. Top with peach slices and crumbled goat cheese.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
