Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Filling

  • 2 pcs ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to cover the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Fill each crepe with sliced peaches, chopped mint, and a drizzle of honey. Fold and serve.
