Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Peach, diced
  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir the pudding and fold in the diced peach and mango.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
