Filling
- 6 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter pieces and mix until the topping is crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
