Peach Cobbler Parfait

Peach Mixture
- 4 cups peaches, sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Parfait Layers
- 2 cups granola
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until peaches are tender, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
In parfait glasses, layer granola, yogurt, and peach mixture. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
