Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 3 packages cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 units eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 2 cups sliced peaches fresh or canned
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon over cheesecake filling.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool before removing from pan.
