  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 cups Peaches diced
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. 3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches, chopped basil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Spread a spoonful of ricotta cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. 6. Top with the peach mixture and serve immediately.
