Peach Bruschetta Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 cups Peaches diced
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches, chopped basil, honey, salt, and pepper.
5. Spread a spoonful of ricotta cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
6. Top with the peach mixture and serve immediately.
