Peach Blueberry Crisp Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining the sweetness of peaches and blueberries with a crispy topping.

Filling
- 4 cups Peaches, sliced
- 2 cups Blueberries
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix together flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
