Peach Basil Salad
A refreshing summer salad with peaches and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Peaches sliced
- 1 cup Basil leaves fresh, torn
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, torn basil leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Toss gently to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
