Peach Bars Recipe
Sweet and tangy peach bars perfect for summer.

Crust
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter cold and cubed
Filling
- 4 cups peaches peeled and sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar for the crust. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a baking dish.
Bake crust for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
In another bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice for the filling. Pour over baked crust.
Bake for another 25 minutes or until filling is set.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
