  • 2 Plums sliced
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the peaches, plums, and mozzarella.
  2. 2. Arrange the slices on a serving plate, alternating between peaches, plums, and mozzarella.
  3. 3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
  4. 4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the top.
