Peach And Plum Caprese Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 Peaches sliced
- 2 Plums sliced
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Slice the peaches, plums, and mozzarella.
2. Arrange the slices on a serving plate, alternating between peaches, plums, and mozzarella.
3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the top.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
