Peach Almond Tart Recipe
A delightful tart with fresh peaches and a crunchy almond crust.

Crust
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup butter cold, cubed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling
- 4 peaches sliced
- 0.5 cup sliced almonds
- 0.25 cup honey
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in vanilla extract.
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool.
Arrange the peach slices over the cooled crust. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and drizzle with honey.
Bake for another 25 minutes or until the peaches are tender and the almonds are golden. Let it cool before serving.
