  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Peaches, diced Fresh or canned
  • ¼ cup Almonds, sliced Toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add rolled oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Stir in diced peaches, honey, and cinnamon. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute. Top with sliced almonds before serving.
