Peach Almond Oatmeal Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups peaches, sliced
- ½ cup sliced almonds
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, water, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Fold in the sliced peaches and half of the sliced almonds.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining sliced almonds on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
