Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Ground almonds
  • 0.25 cups Sugar
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter

Filling

  • 3 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Peach puree

Topping

  • 1 cup Sliced peaches
  • 0.25 cups Sliced almonds Toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, ground almonds, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and peach puree.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with sliced peaches and toasted almonds before serving.
