Peach Almond Cheesecake

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups Ground almonds
- 0.25 cups Sugar
- 0.5 cups Melted butter
Filling
- 3 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Peach puree
Topping
- 1 cup Sliced peaches
- 0.25 cups Sliced almonds Toasted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, ground almonds, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and peach puree.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with sliced peaches and toasted almonds before serving.
