Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Mushrooms large, cleaned
  • 1 cup Peas fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine peas, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stuff each mushroom with the pea pesto mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
