Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
In a food processor, combine peas, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Spread the pea pesto onto the toasted baguette slices.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
