Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Bravas Sauce

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the cubed potatoes and fry until golden and crispy. Season with salt.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the tomato sauce, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the crispy potatoes with the bravas sauce drizzled on top.
