Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 200 g Black olives pitted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Capers drained
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine the black olives, garlic, capers, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth to make the tapenade.
  3. 3. In a large pan, heat the tapenade over medium heat. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
