Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta
  • 4 cups Kale chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine kale, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Season the pesto with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked pasta with the kale pesto until well coated.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
