Ingredients 

Pesto

  • 2 cups Kale chopped
  • ½ cup Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Pasta

  • 12 oz Pasta any type

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine kale, hemp seeds, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked pasta with the kale pesto until well coated.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
