  • 400 g Pasta
  • 1 can White Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine white beans, basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. In a pan, heat the purée over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked pasta with the basil white bean purée. Serve warm.
