Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
