Pasta Mango Pesto Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta any type
- 1 Ripe Mango peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a blender, combine mango, basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
Toss the cooked pasta with the mango pesto. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
