  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 Ripe Mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine mango, basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta with the mango pesto. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
