  • 1 lb parsnips peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the chopped parsnips. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the parsnips and transfer them to a blender.
  3. 3. Add the heavy cream, butter, salt, and black pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
